Leadership Self-Awareness · Module 1
Discover how you lead.
Twelve workplace situations. Twelve real decisions. One personal reflection — run inside your organization’s own training event.
Participants do not sign in — your facilitator shares an event link.
Participants
Enter the event code your facilitator shared. Your facilitator has already set up the organization, the training title and the date — you only need your name.
A session, end to end
Every event keeps its own participants, responses, analytics and archive. Nothing carries over from one workshop to the next unless you choose to duplicate the setup.
Organization, training title, date, venue and capacity. The Leadership Mirror is attached as the assessment, and a private event code is generated.
No account, no email. They enter their name and preferred alias, work through one situation per screen, and progress is saved as they go.
Three response-grounded observations, two alternative approaches and one reflection question, delivered as a two-page PDF in the training event's branding.
Interpretations are written rules, not ratings. No personality types, no rankings, no good-or-bad verdicts.
Presentation mode shows group patterns only, and reveals a question once at least five people have answered it.
Participants, responses and profiles are bound to one event. Duplicating an event copies the setup, never the people.
